Photoshop Assignment 1

Below are my photoshop pictures from today's class. The first picture is in low resolution, the second in medium resolution and the third is in high resolution. It is easy to see the difference in quality in the third picture. The sharpness and clarity of the image exceeds that of the previous two, due to its higher resolution. This was certainly the right choice for this picture, picture two would also be better suited to high resolution. The first picture is bigger in size, therefore a high resolution will take a longer download time. A medium resolution may be best for this blog.

This is Jason and I am a Journalism major. I'm taking this class primarily because I have no idea how to use most of this new technology. I know what they are and how to access them, but as for creating stuff like blogs or podcasts myself, I'm completely clueless. For a journalist today it is becoming increasingly important to have at least a basic understanding of this technology. So that's why I am here.
